東森國際出售東森電視一波三折，先後經過美國娛樂公司DMG執行長丹密茨、台數科兩次交易對象未果，不過今（2）日東森國際發出新聞稿表示，董事會通過處分東森電視案，東森國際持股東森電視21.32%，將以37.78億元交易價格售予茂德國際投資公司。

東森國際指出，基於投資資本利得考量，董事會通過處分東森電視股權案。東森國際目前持股東森電視股權21.32%，此次以37.78億元交易價款，出售全部的股份2404萬2974股予國內機構茂德國際投資公司，處分利益約30.64億元，每股獲利貢獻為4.4元。

今年9月東森國際曾表示，將與凱雷集團共同出售東森電視全部股權，最重要的3個條件是，買方資金充裕、符合法規的適格性要求、最好有經營能力。幾乎同一時間，也傳出地產大亨茂德機構總裁張高祥積極接洽東森集團總裁王令麟。

東森電視出售案為國內電視頻道市場最大的一筆交易，備受矚目！先後經過美國娛樂公司DMG執行長丹密茨、台數科兩次交易對象未果。其中，DMG集團因要求調降，雙方價格談不攏，因此東森國際決定終止買賣協議。而台數科之前計畫以111億元收購東森電視，但NCC做出「不予同意」的裁決，原因是黨政軍條款，及未來恐有妨礙競爭的疑慮。

根據中央氣象局資料顯示，今(13)日清晨，輕颱「卡努」的位置在鵝鑾鼻南南東方約410KM的海面上，預計接下來將會通過菲律賓呂宋島，一路朝著南海方向前進。
